Frequently Asked Questions
Question: How much does shipping cost and how long after I order my merchandise will I have to wait to get it?
Answer: Shipping (as well as "Handling") at Newbies Revenge is always free. Generally speaking, you can expect to receive your purchase here at Newbies approximately five (5) business days from the date that your order for it was submitted to us. Shortly after this, you will be emailed--courtesy of your shipper--a tracking link to assist you in the monitoring of your order and in more specifically determining the exact date and time of its anticipated delivery at your doorstep. If, after one week following the date of your order, you are still not in receipt of your merchandise, reach out to us at support@newbiesrevenge.com, provide us your Order and/or Invoice Number, the exact name of the product you purchased (including what you paid for it) and we will immediately ascertain its whereabouts and furnish you with a date specific as to when you can expect its arrival at your home.
Meanwhile, be advised that NewbiesRevenge.com ships only to the continguous forty-eight States of the United States of America, plus the District of Columbia (i.e., the "lower 48"). We do not ship to either Alaska or Hawaii, to Post Office Boxes, APO addresses, official diplomatic venues or to any US locations overseas, such as Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands. We apologize to the good folks who are located or reside in these areas for any hardship or inconvenience that this may create for them.

Question: I'd rather not have to wait for the delivery of the product I just purchased. Can I simply drive to your physical location in Milford, New Hampshire and pick the item up myself?
Answer: Unfortunately, Newbies Revenge cannot accommodate its valued customers in this manner. Every product marketed across the Newbies Revenge platform is guaranteed to be in "brand-new" condition upon delivery and securely enclosed in its maker's original packaging. These are characteristics assured best via the drop-shipping of the purchased item directly to the customer by the product manufacturer's designated distributor without any handling by third-party intermediaries.

Question: Does Newbies Revenge offer the lowest prices anywhere on the Web for the items that it sells?
Answer: Not only can Newbies Revenge not make such a claim, neither can any other merchandiser online (or "off") legitimately do so either. With all of the online store platforms and e-commerce sites available across the Web--there are literally millions of them in North America alone!--there will always be one virtual "nook or cranny" somewhere at which you can purchase whatever item you may be seeking for a couple of bucks less. The more important question is, How valuable is your time? How much of it do you want to expend searching for that singular dollar-saving offer? What we at Newbies can guarantee is the pricing of every item that we sell as absolutely competitively as possible, within the parameters of our charitable-giving obligations, together with our minimum profitability thresholds necessary for remaining viable. Granted, these are not the kinds of metrics that we can expect to be of primary concern necessarily to our customers. But as a for-profit commercial enterprise, NewbiesRevenge.com must be concerned with them and, to this end, we will ever do our very utmost to successfully accommodate such requirements with the demands and expectations of the marketplace at large.

Question: It states on your title page that Newbies Revenge is a proud supporter of St. Judes, Shriners Children's Hospitals, the Wounded Warriors Project, Tunnels to Towers and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. How do we know you're not just saying that for the purpose of enticing visitors to your website to make purchases there instead of shopping elsewhere?
Answer: Whether or not a given visitor to our platform is skeptical of this proud affirmation of ours is simply not something within our capability of controlling. Suffice it to say that both the purposes and the activities of those five organizations are heartfelt ones to Newbies Revenge and, as a consequence, we contribute financially to each on a monthly basis. We intend, moreover, to increase our charitable-giving levels to include some seven additional recipients within the year, our objective being that, by the onset of 2024, no less than 20% of the net profits generated across the Newbies Revenge merchandising platform will be contributed every month to help sustain the worthy causes to which those organizations are devoted. Those seven organizations have already been selected and are identified below. In the meantime, anybody desiring verification of our current financial support of the five organizations already mentioned need only write to us at our corporate headquarters in Milford, New Hampshire to request that information, which we shall be only too happy to provide.

Question: Browsing your store, I don't see any "Sale Specials" or "Discounts" being offered. In fact, I don't see any "Deals," so to speak, anywhere! How come?
Answer: Fair question. And simply stated. Unfortunately, it requires a bit more of an involved reply. To begin with, no merchandisers of whatever variety or description ever offer their customers an actual "deal" or "special discount" on any of the items that they're selling ... ever! What they do offer--and quite often--is the illusion of such a "buy-it-now-or-it-goes-away" opportunity. The uncomfortable truth about such "opportunities"? The only reason a merchant would even think of "discounting" an item from, say, $10 to $8--20% off! Limited Supply! Buy today! Whoo-hoo!--is because the market for that particular piece of merchandise would not support the $10 price-tag, so, in order to move the item at all, the vendor decides to try 'unloading' it for a couple of bucks less. Better that, or never sell it, period, right? See one of those TV furniture commercials lately?--showcasing some dining room or living room set, "Complete, for only $2,999!" And they're giving you 4 whole years to pay it off! And at zero % interest yet! Peek behind the curtain, though, and you'll soon discover that the furniture's actual MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) is not $3,000--but rather $2,000. Divide that $999 mark-up by 4 years and you get $249.75 per year, which calculates to well over 12% annually of what the furniture's retail price (of $2,000) should have been--according, at least, to the people who actually made the stuff! Translation? That 12%-plus is the real-life add-on you're actually paying for that 'no-interest' furniture ensemble, whether you pay it off over the next 48 months--or all at once. Either way, the interest is "there" all right. It's just not called "interest" but rather has already been "baked" into the overall purchase price that you're being charged for the merchandise. Conclusion? Here's the scoop when it comes to so-called "deals" and "discounted" offers at NewbiesRevenge.com. You'll hardly ever see them. Why? Because one of the core missions of Newbies Exchange is our charitable-giving responsibility. It's an obligation that we undertook ourselves, of our own volition, to be sure--but it's an obligation all the same. To arbitrarily discount the pricing of any of the merchandise offered here at Newbies Revenge--simply for the sake of creating some illusion for our customers of a so-called "bargain"--would, in the end, only serve to 'short-change' whichever charitable organizations that we have singled out during that particular time frame for our support. The amount of such support that we can provide to these organizations is directly dependent upon our profit margins. The narrower those margins, the leaner our philanthropical capabilities. True, there is something definitely to be said for the practice of lowering an item's price-point to increase its anticipated purchase volume and, in that manner, amplify the gross profit figures the item generates. Without question, arriving at that 'perfect balance' will likely be an unending 'work-in-progress' here at NewbiesRevenge.com and, in such a context, item-pricing adjustments will occasionally be the result. What Newbies Revenge will not ever do, however, is characterize such adjustments as "discount deals" for its patrons nor engage in any of the other merchandising shenanigans so prevalent at other venues. Rather such modifications will be undertaken quietly, without fanfare and, hopefully, for the betterment of both our customer base and the worthy organizations we intend to assist. We request the understanding in this regard of everyone kind enough to visit the Newbies Revenge website.
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Question: If I'm not happy with my order, how do I get my money back for it?
Answer: Customers dissatisfied with their purchases at NewbiesRevenge.com will have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to them of any item or items they had bought from us, to return that merchandise to a designated warehouse facility and thereby become eligible for either a merchandise replacement or a full refund. Kindly consult our Refunds and Returns section for complete details, limitations, conditions and procedures.

Question: What are the chances of my order getting 'held up' due to so-called "Supply Chain" issues?
Answer: Neither Newbies Revenge nor any other online or even 'bricks-and-mortar' merchandiser for that matter, can, in today's economic and commercial environment, provide any "guarantees" in this regard. What we can tell you is that, for the most part, seriously extended "supply chain" delays are a function more of international shipping activities than they are of domestic ones. While the products offered here at NewbiesRevenge.com are both of American and foreign manufacture, all are warehoused 'in the lower 48' and, as such, are not as susceptible to supply-chain interruptions as are the disproportionate percentages of the items sold by the more popular "big-box" merchandising conglomerates that rely so heavily for their inventories on off-shore suppliers.

Question: It states in your "About Us" section that, starting in January of the coming year, 20% of all of your store profits will be donated across a variety of twelve different charitable organizations. How exactly is that going to work? And how do we know you're not just saying that--and you're not really just going to 'pocket' all those dollars for yourselves?
Answer: Currently, the organizations to which Newbies Revenge tenders monthly charitable donations are five in number. Come January, 2024, when this roster of beneficiaries is increased to an even dozen, two of them will--on a revolving, bi-weekly basis--be singled out to each receive a full 10% of the total profits generated by every one of the merchandise sales here at NewbiesRevenge.com over the ensuing 14-day time frame. Then, once that two-week period has elapsed, a new pair of these charitable entities will be "front-and-center," each to receive its 10% profit-share donation as generated by the merchandise sales over the Newbies Revenge platform during the 14 days that proceed from that juncture and so on and so forth. Such is the process that will continue in this manner, through the entire "lineup" of the organizations that we have selected, unabated and without termination. Hopefully, as time progresses, additional charities will be able to be so supported here at "Newbies" and suggestions from our customers in this regard will always be received gratefully. Meanwhile, to verify for yourself that we actually have donated what we say we will be donating to the charitable organizations that we have identified, simply send a written request for such information to our corporate office location in Milford, New Hampshire. Provide in your request the name and business mailing address of your attorney or licensed financial representative to whom said verification will be sent (as due to the proprietary nature of the data included in this documentation, it will, under no circumstances, be sent to you personally). Further, all such donation verification inquiries must be sent to us via Certified Mail/Return Receipt Requested while the report ultimately sent back to your licensed representative will likewise be posted via Certified Mail as well. Donation verification inquiries sent via Regular Mail only will neither be responded to nor acknowledged. Finally, once the verification data requested has been received by whomever you have nominated for this purpose as your licensed representative, he or she will be free to share with you the entirety of the contents of the documentation sent, at which point you as well will be free to share that information publicly. Simply be reminded that, due to our customers' 30-day refund and merchandise return prerogatives, any such reporting of these contributions will necessarily be predicated upon the profits generated by NewbiesRevenge.com as of the final day of the month up to as many as 60 days prior to the date of the written verification request itself.

Question: Which, exactly, are the seven charities that, come January of '24, Newbies Revenge will be supporting in addtion to the five organizations already mentioned on the Newbies landing page?
Answer: These seven organizations are as follows: 1) The American Sickle Cell Anemia Association; 2) The Angel Fund for ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) Research; 3) The Cerebral Palsy Foundation; 4) The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation; 5) The Lupus Foundation of America; 6) the Meningitis Foundation of America; and 7) The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research
Hopefully, as the months and years progress, NewbiesRevenge.com will be able to grow this list of worthwhile organizations it can support and we shall always remain open to suggestions from our valued constituency of customers and visitors as to which new groups to consider. At the same time, be it clearly understood that the above organizations selected to date (like the first five already mentioned on our landing page) were unilaterally identified by NewbiesRevenge alone. For their own part, these organizations did not, at any time nor in any manner, solicit this support from us, and there neither exists presently, nor did there ever exist, any institutional connection or association, either severally or individually, between them and NewbiesRevenge.com nor, likewise, between them and Hudson Equities, Incorporated, of which NewbiesRevenge.com is a part.
